COVID – 19

Ensuring that our visitors and staff are safe from COVID-19 transmission is our top priority.

Plan Lab adopts a number of pro-active COVID-19 safety measures to protect everyone entering the facility. Prior to your session please note the following:

• Please maintain 1.5m social distancing at all times
• Please use the provided hand sanitiser upon entry at reception
• In accordance with State Government requests, please complete the attendance register at reception

If you have recently travelled, are feeling unwell, or may have had contact with anyone who may have COVID symptoms or diagnosis, please advise our team in advance.

We will happily reschedule your appointment at no cost to ensure a safe Plan Lab session can be enjoyed.
